As a parent, you want nothing more than to see your baby well-rested, happy, and thriving. But when sleep challenges arise, it can feel overwhelming and exhausting. If you’re struggling with bedtime battles, frequent night wake-ups, or unpredictable naps, you don’t have to face it alone.
That’s where my Home Consultation service comes in—a gentle, supportive, and hands-on approach to helping your little one (and you!) get the sleep you need.
What is In-Home Sleep Consulting?
Unlike virtual consultations, a home consultation allows me to be right there with you, in your home, offering real-time guidance and reassurance as we gently support your baby’s sleep journey. Whether it’s settling for naps, managing overnight wake-ups, or creating a consistent bedtime routine, I’ll be by your side to show you exactly what to do and provide immediate, tailored support for your family.

Who is the In-Home Sleep Support For?
This service is for families who want hands-on guidance and an extra layer of support while implementing sleep strategies.
It’s perfect for:
✔️ Parents feeling overwhelmed by sleep struggles
✔️ Families needing real-time, face-to-face coaching
✔️ Those who prefer a more personal, hands-on approach to sleep support
✔️ Babies and toddlers experiencing frequent night wakes, short naps, or bedtime resistance
✔️ Parents who want gentle, responsive techniques that align with their parenting style
How Does It Work?
1️⃣ We start with a Sleep Questionnaire and Assessment – Before our in-home visit, you'll fill in a comprehensive 40-question sleep questionnaire so that I have a thorough understanding of the challenges you are facing
2️⃣ I'll then write up your Personalised Sleep Plan: This is a PDF document containing detailed sleep and contingency plans for you to follow and step-by-step settling techniques clearly explained, we will go through the plan together in your home
3️⃣ I come to you – I’ll spend 2-3 hours in your home, guiding you through gentle, tailored sleep strategies that align with your baby’s needs and your parenting approach.
4️⃣ Real-time support & adjustments – I’ll be right there with you, helping you settle your baby, fine-tune wake windows, and create a bedtime routine that works.
5️⃣ Follow-up support – You won’t be left on your own! I provide ongoing support after the visit to ensure your baby’s sleep continues to improve.
A Real-Life Example
Let me share a glimpse into what an in-home consultation looks like.
Recently, I visited a lovely family with a 10-month-old boy who had been waking multiple times each night and needed to be breastfed back to sleep. Naps were a struggle as baby needed to be either fed to sleep or walked in the pram to take a nap and it would often taking up to an hour to settle.
During our session, we discussed their current routine and identified areas for adjustment. I observed their bedtime routine and demonstrated gentle settling techniques that aligned with their parenting style. Together, we made changes to the sleep environment to promote better rest.
Over the next two weeks, with continued support and regular check-ins, their little one began settling more quickly and easily and sleeping longer stretches. By the end of our time together, he was settling himself to sleep, sleeping through the night, 7pm to 7am (!) and naps had become more predictable and restful.
Why Choose In-Home Support?
